Maximum 10 characters for the name.
The name across the centre is always white.
Names are produced in a lowercase-style script font.
Capital letters, special characters and alternative lettering styles are not available for the centre name.

We print directly from the personalisation information submitted.
We do not routinely check or correct spelling, names or wording.
We cannot accept responsibility for spelling mistakes or incorrect information provided by the customer.
If an error is made when entering your personalisation, please contact us immediately. However, once production has begun, amendments may not be possible.

What Is It Made From?
Our personalised letters are made using PLA (polylactic acid), a plant-derived plastic commonly used in 3D printing.
Each letter is individually produced, meaning slight variations in surface texture, visible printing lines and finish are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting.
Care Instructions
To keep your personalised letter looking its best:
Gently wipe clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
Do not soak or place in a dishwasher.
Keep away from radiators, direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Avoid dropping or applying excessive pressure.
Display on a stable, flat surface.
PLA may soften or deform when exposed to high temperatures.

Because this product is created using your chosen initial, colour and personalised name, it is made to your individual specifications.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns, cancellations or refunds for genuinely personalised items where the legal cancellation exemption applies.
